How to Order
Placing an order is easy and we give you two convenient ways to do it: Online or Paper orders; whichever is most convenient!
Things you need to know about both:
Order Online!
Can’t remember your orders on Tuesday mornings? No problem, place your credit card orders safely and securely on our publisher’s easy to use website (a $1.50 processing fee is added to your order at checkout)! For renewals make sure that you enter the recipient’s name and address exactly as it reads on their current subscription. AP Hearst starts processing your order right away. There’s nothing else for you to do (no need to turn in anything to us. We’ll give your child prize credit the next time we are counting paper orders. Please note that if you have a coupon for a lower cost, it must be attached to paper order; it cannot be used online (see “Coupons” below).
- Go to www.aphearst.com
- Click on Start Shopping
- Enter HRS School Code WC2897
- Enter Student name and grade; click Start Shopping
- Place your order and when finished; click “Checkout Now”
- Enter personal information for billing and shipping; click “Submit”
- Print a receipt
PAPER ORDERS
Paper orders are submitted to your child’s classroom EVERY Tuesday in September. This year, the first Turn In day is September 13.
When placing a paper order, fill out the 3-part order form in clear, legible handwriting. Always include a telephone number and email address in case we have questions. Double check the math! Make checks payable to Holy Rosary School. Keep the PINK copy for your records. We get BOTH the white and yellow copies. Check the “renewal” box, if applicable. That’s it, your part is done!
Coupons:
If you have a coupon or a renewal form that offers a lower price, AP Hearst will honor it. Simply attach it to your paper order and submit it, along with your payment of cash or check, on Tuesdays.
Coupons cannot be used for online orders at this time.
Donations:
We accept cash donations and purchase subscriptions for non-profit organizations. Your child will get credit for the magazine sale! It’s a great way to increase sales and help out other organizations
