Holy Rosary #1 in Magazine Sales Holy Rosary continues to be the top selling magazine school in the Northwest and one of the highest producers per student nation-wide! It takes our entire community joining together to achieve these amazing results. The fundraiser’s success relies on our excited students, dedicated families, and supportive staff and customers. We are so proud that sales over the last several years have exceeded $150,000. Holy Rosary maintains 51% of the sales as profit contributed directly to our operating fund.
How does the Magazine Drive Work?
Students and parents work together to obtain new, renewed, or gift magazine subscriptions from relatives, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Student packets containing catalogs, order forms, prize information and your last year’s orders are sent home with the students the first week of school. A big kick-off assembly is held the to get everyone excited about our school theme and the Magazine Drive. Orders and payments are turned into the classroom each Tuesday for the next 4 weeks. The Turn In results are announced at the end of each Tuesday and summarized in the weeks FCE. At the end of the Drive, we have a final assembly to celebrate our results and prizes are distributed on that day as well.
General Information and Great Selling Points!
Magazines provide reading materials for both children and adults AND make great gifts. Most families purchase magazines. By placing orders through the school we keep 51% of the purchase price contributed directly to our operating fund. Our prices for magazines are not inflated and we honor all publisher coupons for a lower price. Even if you are already receiving a magazine, you can renew through and the order will extend on your current subscription. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Orders can also be made online.

New Publishing Company We’ve changed magazine companies and now use American Publishers, a Hearst Corporation. Make sure you check the catalog carefully for old favorites we may not have had in the past. The online website has also changed (see details below). Home gift items are now offered in a separate catalog (not available online)
Magazine Drive joins the Green Team Under our new program, we’re reducing the environmental impact of the trees needed to print magazines! For every 3 magazines sold to the same customer, students will earn a tree to be planted in the region of their choice!

Online Sales (New Ordering Instructions)
Online sales are awesome! No paperwork, you can use your credit card, and the website is easy to use. Customers can go directly to the website and order or you can order for them! Just follow these instructions.
NOTE: It is not necessary for you to register your student! You may only enter 1 STUDENT per email address. Registering is necessary only if you wish to send personalized email. Customers may go directly to the website to order. Just give them student name, grade, and teacher!
To place an order (no student registration necessary)
- Go to www.aphearst.com.
- Click on "Shop Now"
- Enter School Code: WC2897. Click "Check Code"
- Enter Student name and Grade (not classroom A or B) Click "Shop Now"
- Once done ordering. Click Checkout.
- Enter phone, email, billing and shipping info. Click submit.
- Print a receipt.
To register your student (for sending personalized email)
- Go to www.aphearst.com
- Click on Student Login
- Click on “Click here if this your first visit…”
- Click “I am a student…” Click Register
- Enter parent information/ student sign up information. Click Register.
You can now send customize email to friends and family so they may order direct and your student will receive credit.
When renewing magazine orders make sure you use the exact name and address as your current subscription and check the renewal box as directed. No need to turn in any documents on Turn in Days, we can access the system and give you prize credit directly!

Coupons We honor all publisher coupons for lower prices. Simply attach the coupon to your order and submit the lower price with your other orders on Turn-In Day.
Subscriptions Gifts Gift cards are available in the catalog for you to address and send off to the recipient so they know to expect a gift subscription from you soon.
Cash Donations We accept cash donations and purchase magazines for nonprofit entities. Your child will get credit for the Magazine sale! It’s a great way to increase sales and help out other organizations.
Subscriptions Renewals Magazine subscription renewals extend on your current subscription with no disruption of service. When renewing orders make sure you use the exact name and address as your current subscription and check the renewal box as directed.
