We are working closely with our publisher, AP Hearst, to enhance your customer experience.

New subscription orders can take up to 12 weeks to get started after the end of our Drive. Renewals will begin at the end of your subscription without interruption.

Customers can check the status of their order online by going to the AP Hearst website at www.aphearst.com and clicking on “Check Order Status”. You will need your receipt order number (found in the upper corner of your paper receipt), name and zip code. You can also check the status of your order by calling Customer Service at 800-284-9711 or emailing them at .
